Genesis Research Trust, founded by Professor Lord Robert Winston in 1978, is the largest collaboration of reproductive health researchers in the UK. We fund life-saving research into female infertility, miscarriage, late pregnancy loss, preterm labour and stillbirth as well as reproductive cancers (ovarian etc.). We have strong ties with the Faculty of Medicine and are based in the Institute of Reproductive and Developmental Biology (IRDB) at Imperial College’s, Hammersmith Hospital Campus.

Role

A unique charity positioned at the heart of original, cutting-edge medical research, we are currently looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Partnerships Manager.

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced corporate fundraiser to join our growing team of fundraisers.

We are seeking a pro-active, self-starter with experience creating and supporting national partnerships. It is your chance to make a difference where your voice, ideas and input matters to the team and to the agenda.  We need people like you.

You will become involved with a variety of corporate fundraising activities in prestigious London venues and world class research that has a real global impact on hospitals, doctors, research on maternal health baby loss. You will liaise with partners on the valuable impact of their donations to deliver high value partnerships. There is also a creative scope for new business development.

You will manage your own portfolio of partners who will also join us at key medical conferences. We have long standing medical education, fertility and public education conferences with a loyal following for over 25 years.

You’ll be joining a small, versatile development team where you will be developing new income pipelines to fund vital research to help prevent baby loss and save women’s lives.

You will cultivate and build relationships with UK and International companies.  This will include obtaining corporate sponsors for priority areas such as studentships and fellowships where we fund vital female fertility and related medical research. You will also work with our Challenge Events Leader and Conference Managers to secure sponsors.
