Can fallopian tubes heal themselves?

Do fallopian tubes have the ability to heal themselves? Mine have been damaged by Stage 2 endometriosis. I had a baby through one round of IVF 2 years ago and we are now considering baby number two. I’m ever hopeful that it might happen naturally but trying to remain realistic so now considering IVF again. Thank you so much for your time and for answering our questions.
