Failed implantation’s with high grade embryos

Question

Following 3 failed implantation’s with high grade embryos, using various combinations of ‘embryo glue’, steroids, progesterone, ‘scratch’ and heparin, I had no answer from my clinic as to why they each failed and what to do next. None of them have worked. What would your thoughts be?
